Ariadni Vitastali (b. 1970) is a Hellenic visual artist based in northern Greece. Her practice focuses on the dialogue between space, movement, and mythology, blending historical references with contemporary perspectives. Drawing inspiration from ancient Greek and Roman myths, as well as the intricate designs of classical ceramics, her work embodies influences of the timeless and the personal. Through a balance of vacant and charged spaces, expressive gestures, and raw energy, her research explores the boundaries between the sublime and the unrefined, order and disorder. Her work resonates as a powerful statement on the complexities of identity, history, and human experience, making her a distinctive voice in contemporary art.
